Part of helping them to design their products is helping them define their brand values.
This work sometimes leads to creating other elements of the customer experience.
For example, helping develop symbols, applying them to create identity systems,
creating corporate web sites, or designing packaging.

DDO collaborated with Barretto-co. to help create an identity for Soar, an online service that offers dynamic screening of medical tests over time. We helped Soar to analyze their business, pin point key adjectives, and then create an identity that expressed them.
