I see a lot of concepts that are similar to Business Analyst role that I am studying, and so I am fascinated by Cooper's works. Though, there are some specifics I may not agree, but overall, I feel bits and pieces are incredible and related to other things I study, e.g. project management, business strategy, business analyst, business process, etc.</p> I cannot say I love him, but I can say that is Introduction in of “Inmates Are Running The Asylum” was simply amazing.
